Job summary

Syntrace in Stockholm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape how we hire as we scale. You will own sourcing, processes and candidate experience, partnering with our CEO and leadership to build a strong employer brand.

You will recruit engineers, researchers and sales people across multiple countries, often with simultaneous searches, and identify talent who are not actively looking for roles.

Qualifications

• Several years of recruiting at fast-growing tech companies or specialist search firms.
• Experience hiring for technical and commercial roles across several countries.
• A talent for reaching senior people who rarely answer recruiters.
• The drive to build a function from the ground up, not only run one.

Responsibilities

• Source, design and optimize hiring processes to scale rapidly.
• Lead candidate experience and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Recruit engineers, researchers, and sales professionals across functions and geographies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to shape how Syntrace hires as the company grows.
