Job summary

Intric is building the teams that will drive Europe’s public sector forward with modern AI. You will own the full recruitment cycle for roles including technical positions, from sourcing and first contact through to offer and close.

You coordinate with hiring managers, move work forward, and ensure nothing drops. You’ll seek candidates who aren’t actively looking, attend meetups, and craft a compelling outreach strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Proactive problem-solver who acts before being asked.
• Comfort challenging hiring criteria while maintaining relationships.
• Strong prioritization to handle real workloads and limited resources.
• Ability to uphold respectful candidate experience even in busy times.

Responsibilities
