Job summary

This role includes troubleshooting, maintaining ticket updates, resolving issues, and supporting various hardware and software environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in Swedish & English language (Min B2 Level).
• Must hold a valid work permit in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS.
• Support Mac operating system for Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
• Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation issues.
