Job summary

Brightvision is seeking an SDR with outbound marketing expertise to help us launch in the Spanish market. You will run multichannel campaigns to generate leads, SQLs, booked meetings, and help close deals for our tech clients.

This remote-first opportunity offers CET timezone alignment, freelance invoicing monthly, and a chance to develop and lead a distributed SDR team in the Spanish market.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with professional English.
• Experience in B2B telemarketing and inside sales with successful cold outreach.
• Agency background preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• IT/tech industry experience is a plus.
• Willing to work in CET timezone; Europe resident preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Generate meetings and appointments for clients.
• Create value by providing strong SQL opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with teams to hand off qualified meetings and improve outreach strategies.
