Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) to work with the Clinical Sales Manager and become a da Vinci Surgery expert across specialties. In year one you’ll deepen technical/clinical knowledge; in year two you’ll advance into sales-focused activities and regional support.

The role requires high commitment, travel up to 50%, and the ability to train, demonstrate, and support customers while advancing robotic-assisted surgery programs in your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Case Support - be a resource to the surgical team by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services - lead all technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
• Selling Activities - contribute to quarterly sales goals by helping influence behavior change through product demonstrations/in-services, OR selling activities, and customer trainings.
• Customer Support - coordinate regional events that create system awareness and procedure adoption through demos and selling activities.
• Administrative Duties - manage reporting of sales/procedures, expense reports, and ISU modules.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant after training and provide guidance on proper handling of Intuitive devices.
