Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Mako Support Specialist to partner with surgeons and OR teams across the territory for robotic-assisted joint replacement procedures. The role emphasizes pre-operative planning, 3D modeling, and hands-on support to ensure procedural readiness.

In addition to extensive training and certification on MAKO platforms, you will travel within Örebro County and nearby areas, supporting cases and collecting feedback for product development.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel extensively across territory including overnight stays.
• Ability to work in hospital operating room environment and support surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons, nurses, and OR teams during robotic-assisted hip, knee and partial knee procedures.
• Prepare and review pre-operative CT-based surgical plans and 3D models.
• Collaborate with surgeons to finalize surgical plans before procedures.
• Set up, test, and support robotic equipment during procedures.
• Deliver clinical and technical training on robotic-assisted technology.
