Job summary

Telia Finance, part of Telia Company, is strengthening its IT Service Management team and seeks an IT Service Manager to join us on floor 15 at Telia Headquarters in Solna. You will work in a small, business-focused IT and Security function where your actions impact resilience and regulatory compliance.

You will lead delivery of IT services, manage incidents, and build strong vendor relationships while ensuring service performance, compliance with DORA and ISO 27001, and alignment with business

Qualifications

Proven experience in Service Management, Application Management, IT Operations, or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of IT services, SLA management, application lifecycle management, and operational resilience.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners while driving continual improvements.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and continual improvement of IT services for Accounting & Controlling and other functions.
Drive incident management, service restoration, and continuity activities.
Lead relationships with vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
Monitor service performance, availability, capacity, quality, and regulatory compliance (DORA, ISO 27001).
