Job summary

Telia Company AB is seeking a Security Incident Response Leader to join their team in Solna. You will lead cybersecurity incident response activities and drive strategic management across operations and customer services.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of IT experience, with 5 years in cybersecurity, and must be fluent in Swedish. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for remote work are included.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience within the IT sector, with a solid understanding of enterprise IT, networks, and security.
• Around 5 years of experience within cybersecurity or hands-on work with ITIL processes.
• Strong experience in process-based leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response activities in line with frameworks such as SANS.
• Drive strategic incident management across internal operations and customer-facing services.
• Contribute to process development within incident response and vulnerability management.
