Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to shape regional people development across Northern Europe, including Sweden. Based in Gothenburg or other Norden locations, you will partner with executive leadership to design learning frameworks that drive performance and long-term succession.

The role focuses on scalable programs, AI-enabled experiences, and strong analytics to reduce retention risks. You will lead HiPo pipelines, 9-Box assessments, and multi-country L&D initiatives,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in L&D or OD.
Experience in a multi-country or regional structure preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development; CIPD preferred.
Strong facilitation and public speaking skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an L&D strategy aligned with regional growth and Strategy 2030.
Diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions with executives.
Lead HiPo talent identification and 9Box talent matrices with HRBP partners.
Design leadership programs and Train-the-Trainer initiatives for scalability.
Leverage SAP SuccessFactors and AI tools to create personalized learning experiences.
