Job summary

Abracon, LLC, a leading supplier of RF, Timing & Magnetic Components, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and new product introductions in assigned territories. You will manage reps/distributors and work to win customers by securing new designs across Europe including Nordic, Benelux and Baltic regions.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing key relationships with engineers and buyers, and coordinating forecasts and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional selling experience in electronics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and margin objectives in the assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end-customers, purchasing, operations and engineering decision makers.
• Prospect for new clients and projects.
• Negotiate pricing between our customers and distributors.
• Track and report on all opportunities within region.
• Monitor key customers and maintain CRM data.
• Coordinate activities amongst our sales force, REPs and distributors.
• Liaise with inside sales in support of assigned accounts.
• Motivate and train reps and distributors to leverage sales efforts.
