Job summary

Hitachi Energy – Insulation and Components in Ludvika (Sweden) or Zurich, Switzerland, seeks a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a regional team of Sales Engineers for Bushings and OLTC. You will guide technical strategy, collaborate with sales, tendering, and customers, and shape the future Sales Engineering organization.

You bring at least three years in Transformer/Bushings/OLTC engineering, prior people management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ engineering experience in Transformer/Bushings/OLTC technology.
• Previous people-management experience within a technical or commercial environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers for Bushings and OLTC.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, marketing and tendering to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders; participate in international travel.
