Job summary

Hitachi Energy – Insulation and Components seeks a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a regional team of Sales Engineers supporting Bushings and OLTC, with placement in Ludvika, Sweden or Zurich, Switzerland.

You will drive technical excellence, foster collaboration with customers and internal teams, and travel ~20% to meet opportunities across Europe and beyond. Fluency in English mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' engineering experience in Transformer/Bushings/OLTC technology.
• Previous people-management experience in a technical or commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain advanced technical concepts clearly.
• Strategic with a commercial mindset; proven experience in complex environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, German, or French are advantageous.
• International travel required (approximately 20%).

We supply world-class components to transformer manufacturers worldwide and aim to be our customers' preferred supplier. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and develop the future Sales Engineering organization. As Sales Engineering Manager, you will lead a regional team of Sales Engineers supporting both Bushings and OLTC, with placement in Ludvika, Sweden or Zurich, Switzerland.
