Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks an experienced Senior Sales Leader to guide the regional sales team across Sweden, Finland, and the Baltics. You will develop and execute strategic plans, coach top performers, and drive revenue growth within a dynamic, multi-geography landscape.

As a First Line Manager, you will partner with regional executives to scale Idira’s business, align marketing efforts, and foster strong customer relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an enterprise software sales executive in the region and as a manager of teams.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate, qualify and close enterprise software agreements.
• Expert negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to call on C-Suite executives across multiple buying centers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills internally and externally.
• Excellent forecasting and planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop team members to align with company values and business goals.
• Manage and motivate the direct team with performance guidance and account planning.
• Lead in a matrixed organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Build executive relationships to drive expansion opportunities and negotiations.
• Collaborate with local Value-Added Resellers and mutual marketing events.
• Participate in quarterly reviews with partners and tech alliances in the region.
• Conduct regular syncs with Solution Engineers, Customer Success and Professional Services Leads.
