CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Area Manager to oversee data center operations in an assigned region. You will lead a team, manage staff schedules, and drive high performance while ensuring reliability and security of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of hands-on data center operations experience.
• 1–2 years in managing staff in a data center environment.
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center leads, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance for optimal productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, security).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan data center builds and expansions.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and deployment of data center equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting quality and budget constraints.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments, mitigating hazards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
