Job summary

Amazon Data Services Sweden AB seeks a Regional Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead one or more datacenter clusters and PoP-scale deployments within a region. The role combines senior infrastructure operations management with safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency and cost responsibilities across compute, engineering and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience managing datacenter/critical facilities operations and large teams.
• Fluency in English; EU driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and develop the operations team across compute, engineering and logistics.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency and cost targets are met.
• Plan and execute datacentre and Colo expansion projects and facility operations.
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement of operational processes.
