Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in datacenter operations management or critical facilities.
• English fluency required; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, managing and developing the operations team across compute, engineering and logistics.
• Achieve safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency and cost objectives.
• Plan and execute infrastructure deployments for new datacentres and Colo expansions.
• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and controls systems with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Vendor management for Colo datacenter services to meet SLA targets.
• Lead incident response, management and resolution for safety and availability events.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, procedures, methods and tools.
