Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our data center operations in Sweden. This role is 100% onsite and focuses on accurate asset tracking, logistics, audits, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of hardware and materials.

You will maintain detailed records, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. A background in inventory management and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Ability to move and lift heavy objects in a data centre setting.
• Experience maintaining detailed inventory, shipments, and audits.
• Applicants must have work authorisation that does not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking: Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and IT assets within the data center region.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure safe storage.
• Audits: Conduct ongoing audits and update inventory records.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with operations to optimize utilization of hardware and materials.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records and provide regular reports to management.
• Technology Skills: Use inventory management software to maintain records.
• Communication: Coordinate with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance.
• Problem Solving: Resolve discrepancies and prevent inventory issues.
