Axis Communications AB is seeking a Manager - IT Network at our Lund headquarters. You will lead the IT Network team and own Axis’ global network strategy, ensuring reliable operations and future-ready architecture.

You will drive roadmaps, coordinate with IT stakeholders worldwide, and manage vendors and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in global networks, and proficiency in English and Swedish.

Do you want to lead a team that keeps a global company connected? We're looking for a Manager - IT Network to lead our IT Network team and take ownership of the network that ties Axis together worldwide. The role is based at our headquarters in Lund!

Your future team

The IT Network team is part of our IT Infrastructure & Operations department and consists of around 10 senior technical specialists. You and your team are responsible for the strategic development of the Axis network. Together, you will shape the future of our network through clear roadmaps and action plans, based on an understanding of Axis' requirements and of how technology is developing in the network market.

What You'll Do Here As Manager - IT Network

Every meeting, every product shipped, every colleague logging in from an Axis site somewhere in the world depends on the network working, not only today but in the future. As Manager - IT Network, you lead the team that defines the future network agenda and makes sure the development plans are carried out.

• Lead, coach and develop the IT Network team, with responsibility for the team's development and your colleagues' personal development
• Own our global network infrastructure from a strategic and tactical point of view, ensuring stable and reliable day-to-day operation of the network
• Set the direction for the network area and drive architecture decisions together with colleagues across IT and stakeholders globally within Axis
• Manage vendors, service providers and contracts
• Take ownership of the budget and forecast for the network area
• Work closely with information security to keep our network secure

You will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure.

You're structured, you know when to zoom out and when to go into the details, and you communicate clearly with colleagues wherever they sit in the world.

You should be open and curious towards people and technology and have the courage to challenge the status quo.

We'd love to hear that you have:

• A degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience
• Solid experience of global networks
• Solid experience of leading change, both technical and organizational
• Experience of developing people and teams
• Professional working proficiency in English and Swedish, spoken and written

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience of working in a global environment
