Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment across European locations. This role can be based at our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden or Estonia and is a fixed term position for six months with the possibility of extension.

You will deliver end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 1–2 years of recruitment experience, and English proficiency are required.

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience; engineering or technical recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; English is a must.
