Job summary

Sanofi in Sweden and Norway is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive the commercialization of rare disease therapies in your geography. You will engage healthcare professionals, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with brand teams to ensure patient access and successful launches.

In this field-based role, you will travel to engage with HCPs, KOLs and attend scientific events, building strong relationships while ensuring compliance and delivering impactful patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Pharma sales background with 5+ years, preferably in hematology or related areas.
• An existing network of customers within hematology, immunology or internal medicine is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Swedish and Norwegian are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
• Develop tailored account plans and monitor progress across multiple indications.
• Collaborate with brand teams to share field learnings and execute local plans.
• Ensure compliance with country and Sanofi policies and drive continuous improvement.
