We are committed to an inclusive, sustainable and flexible workplace that fosters growth and development.
In this role, you will share responsibility across our Haematology and Haemophilia business units, leading the commercial planning and execution. Working closely with two cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver high-quality, omnichannel support to the market. Your key partners will include Key Account Managers, Medical, Patient Access, global colleagues and external stakeholders.
You will also help build meaningful relationships across the Nordic haemophilia and ITP communities, support patient engagement and bring relevant regional and global initiatives to life. Experienced Product Managers in both teams will be available as mentors, supporting your continued growth at Sobi.
The role is split equally between the Haematology and Haemophilia business units. You will report to one Business Unit Director, with a dotted line to the other to ensure close alignment.
The position can be based in any Nordic country near one of our offices and follows our hybrid working model. Regular travel for customer and business meetings, as well as national and international congresses, is part of the role.
