Job summary

Sanofi Group in Sweden and Norway seeks a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) to drive the commercial success of Rare Disease treatments across multiple indications. You will engage HCPs, support launches, and optimize customer journeys in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires field-based activity with travel across Sweden and Norway, fluent Swedish, Norwegian and English, and a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales.

Qualifications

• Background in pharmaceutical sales with +5 years experience.
• Experience in hematology/immunology or internal medicine is a plus.
• Fluent English; fluent Swedish and Norwegian required.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and key customers with compelling brand messaging and plans.
• Develop and monitor account plans to maximize territory impact across indications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support access, reimbursement and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliant execution of policies and continuous improvement in field activities.
