Job summary

Siemens Energy in Finspång is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager Technology to lead medium to large-scale technology and product development projects. You will guide a multicultural, agile team from concept through validation, translating complex plans into clear deliverables.

The role blends agile and traditional methods to keep momentum, manage risks, and align stakeholders across time zones. Strong leadership and an engineering background are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Siemens Energy R&D Project Management or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge and experience about gas turbine technology.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good English language skills; Swedish is a plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, IPMA, PM@Siemens) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium and large technology and product development projects through our development process.
• Balance project scope, time, cost, and quality to achieve successful outcomes.
• Plan timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities with precision.
• Manage risks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
