BECKER INDUSTRIAL COATINGS AB is seeking an R&D Chemist to develop and improve coating systems for Nordic coil coating and automotive customers. You will work with chemists, colorists, and technical experts, interfacing with production, sales, suppliers, and Beckers’ global R&D organization.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry.
• Experience in coatings/paints or surface treatment is an advantage.
• Analytical, responsible and quality-focused.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Optimize solvent compositions with sustainability and safety.
• Develop and modify coating products based on customer requirements.
• Evaluate product performance and document results.
• Lead and execute development projects per agreed plans.
• Present results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Beckers' teams across functions.
