Responsibilities

• Optimize solvent compositions with a focus on sustainability and safety.
• Develop and modify coating products based on customer requirements.
• Evaluate product performance and document results.
• Lead and execute development projects according to agreed plans.
• Present results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Maintain close collaboration with suppliers and colleagues across Beckers.
• Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives.
