Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Sweden. You will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial performance of the project, ensuring effective cost control and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience within a Quantity Surveying or commercial role.
• Experience working for a main contractor or large construction organisation.
• Strong experience managing the commercial aspects of major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, review and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Lead procurement activities including subcontractor tendering, evaluation and contract negotiation.
