Flex Power Modules in Kalmar develops advanced power modules used in AI and cloud computing platforms. We are seeking a Quality Engineer who can impact how future products are designed, verified and released.

You will work with designers, project managers, reliability engineers and other specialists to identify risks early and strengthen development processes, helping products pass development and qualification smoothly.

• Curious about how products fail and why failures occur in real-world use.
• Experience in quality, reliability, product development, testing, manufacturing or related engineering disciplines.
