Job summary

Flex Power Modules is seeking a passionate Senior Research Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kalmar, Sweden. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge power solutions specifically for AI datacenters, engaging closely with our CTO and leading research projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical development in Power Electronics.
• Strong understanding of various topologies including resonant and hard-switched solutions.
• Experience in 400/800V DC design.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CTO in a dedicated research team.
• Lead advanced research projects for future power modules.
• Analyze data from global hyper-scalers to influence product roadmaps.
