Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- Good CAD skills required for design tasks.
- Experience in mechanics to enhance product development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of new power modules with mechanical components.
- Work closely with design team to develop power/signal pins and cooling plates.
- Collaborate with production engineers in Shanghai for production capabilities.
- Evaluate and select glues and thermal filling materials.
- Manage tolerances and assembly for producibility.
