Job summary

EasyMining in Gothenburg, Sweden, is looking for a driven Quality & Compliance Lead to build OPS's QHSE system and ensure regulatory alignment as we prepare for operations in Sweden and Germany.

You will collaborate with EasyMining and Ragn-Sells Group Compliance and Quality to drive audits, GDPR management, and training in a European context, supporting growth of the new business unit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process management of quality systems, audits, and quality improvements.
• Experience in compliance work, preferably in chemical industries.
• Experience leading projects.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; product certification is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in English, German and Swedish.

• Develop, implement, and maintain OPS’s QHSE system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Align OPS quality efforts with EasyMining and RagnSells Group.
• Map relevant legislation, regulations, and policies; conduct risk analyses.

Your Role

AsQuality & Compliance Lead, you will develop, implement, and maintain OPS’s overall quality management system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. You will play a key role in building our QHSE system from the ground up as weestablishOPS and prepare for operations inSchkopau(Germany) and Helsingborg (Sweden).

You will collaborate acrossEasyMiningand closely with RagnSells Group Complianceand Quality, working in a European team primarily focused on Germany and Sweden.

KeyResponsibilities

Quality:

• Play a key role indevelopingthe QHSE work according to legislation and internal standards, includingsetting up,implementingandmanaging the QHSE system.
• Support process owners inestablishingand managing processes.
• Set the structure for handling deviations and reclamations within OPS.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Align OPS quality efforts with otherEasyMiningunits and RagnSells Group.

Compliance:

• Map relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies; conduct risk and gap analyses.
• Develop and follow up action plans together with OPS management.
• Manage the GDPR program within OPS.
• Coordinate ethics and compliance training and awareness activities.
• Support implementation of groupwide policies and report compliance status to OPS and Group Compliance.
