About the role

Project & Preproduction Coordinator in the Industrialization Team (5 employees) to lead and support the development of new projects, processes and parts within Business Line AG, collaborating closely with stakeholders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or act as sub-project manager in new product and process development projects.
• Manage cross‑regional business transfer projects.
• Coordinate ECN, ECR and PR distribution and related activities, including review meetings, change boards, follow‑up and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of project processes, routines and models.
• Provide global factory support and training in relevant systems and processes, such as TC, Movex, Configurator and loader requests.
• Provide global technical support for production of parts and complete products, including loader and HK assembly.

Profile

Qualified with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with experience in production engineering and product preparation. Experience in project management and comfort working in a global environment with diverse stakeholders.

Self‑motivated, well‑structured, organized, flexible, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently when required. Good English skills (written and spoken) are required.
