Job summary

Alfa Laval Lund is seeking a Project Manager for the Framework QMS to drive the 12-month implementation within the Lund Quality department. You will coordinate cross-functional updates to procedures and ensure ownership and governance across the Framework system.

The role requires ISO 9001 knowledge, comfort with quality management software, and strong English and Swedish communication. You will develop e-learning, audits, and document control processes, reporting to the Quality Manager in Lund.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading projects in quality management.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 19443 is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Swedish.
• Experience with quality management software and document control.

Responsibilities

• Update the Framework system infrastructure according to Alfa Laval.
• Lead cross-functional teams updating procedures and processes.
• Develop an e-learning process for Framework system users.
• Drive the review and clean-up of obsolete documentation and ensure ownership.
• Define governance, categorization, and information flow rules; ensure handover processes.

The purpose of the 12-months Project Lead position will be to develop Lund´s Quality Management System Framework. The person needs to mitigate the found GAPs in the current procedures and to develop a stable system that will be in compliance with Alfa Laval and external requirements. The purpose of this is to ensure that all functions, procedures and processes within the Framework system have clear ownership and are maintained, updated, and communicated by the owners responsible.Key responsibilities for this role entail:Update the infrastructure within the Framework system according to current Alfa Laval organization.Be the project manager working with the different functions that need to update their procedures and processes.Develop a process for E-learning for the Framework system for new and current users.Drive the review and clean-up of obsolete, duplicate, and outdated documentation.Establish clear document ownership, governance, and updating processes across functions.Define clear rules for document categorization, communication, and information flow.Ensure structured document handover processes and continuity of ownership.Define and implement governance processes, including plans for periodic reviews and audits of the Framework systemWho you areStructured with good ability to prioritizeComfortable working with quality management software, databases, and MS Office toolsService-minded with good ability to create constructive relationshipsSelf-motivatedAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality standardsHigh integrityWhat you knowRelevant technical education or equivalentProven track record in leading projects, preferably within quality managementGood knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, document control principles, process development and improvement.
