Your main responsibilities include:Developing and executing our global employer branding strategy and identifying priorities to continuously support and enable Alfa Laval’s growth.Creating plans and creative content for digital campaigns for employer branding in collaboration with our agencies and global colleagues.Aligning and collaborating with colleagues in Group Communication on brand compliance, social media governance, and internal communications.Guiding, training, and developing tools to enable Talent Acquisition teams and other colleagues to activate local employer branding initiatives.Developing and promoting our employee advocacy program ‘Blue Ripples’ in collaboration with our external vendor.Advising and managing a complex internal stakeholder landscape while maintaining momentum.Leveraging market insights and performance metrics to measure business impact.About youYou are passionate about working at the intersection of branding, marketing, talent acquisition, HR, and leadership.
