Alfa Laval in Lund is seeking a Project Manager for the Framework QMS to lead a 12-month initiative. You will collaborate with the Lund Quality department and multiple functions to close GAPs, build a compliant Framework, and assign clear ownership.

The role focuses on governance, document control, procedure updates, and the development of an effective E-learning process for system users. English and Swedish proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or equivalent.
• Proven track record in leading projects, preferably within quality management.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, document control principles, process development and improvement.
• Good oral and written proficiency in English and Swedish.
• Good computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Update the infrastructure within the Framework system according to current Alfa Laval organization.
• Be the project manager working with the different functions that need to update their procedures and processes.
• Develop a process for E-learning for the Framework system for new and current users.
• Drive the review and clean-up of obsolete, duplicate, and outdated documentation.
• Establish clear document ownership, governance, and updating processes across functions.
• Define clear rules for document categorization, communication, and information flow.
• Ensure structured document handover processes and continuity of ownership.
• Define and implement governance processes, including plans for periodic reviews and audits of the Framework system
