Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD) based in Lund, Sweden. You will manage international NPD projects, report to Steering Committees, and coordinate R&D, production, and other functions to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget delivery.

You will lead objective setting, risk management, and resource planning while maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., TollGate, Agile).
• Expertise in cost estimation and financial analysis.
• Advanced user of MS Project.
• Strong risk management capability.
• Experience with Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA).
• Solid understanding of product development processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the job

Business Unit Brazed and Fusion Bonded heat exchangers BU BFB , we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for New Product Development projects. You will ensure professional management of international projects across the entire Business Unit , reporting to Steering Committees, stakeholders, and line managers as appropriate . Your colleagues are located globally, with a good part of them located in Lund, Sweden.

Key responsibilities for this role entail:
