EG A/S is seeking an experienced Project Manager for EG MainManager in Sweden. The role covers the full project lifecycle from sales to delivery and handover, with the opportunity to act as a functional solution architect and process expert.

Based in Stockholm, the role operates in a hybrid setup to build the Swedish market. You will work closely with customers in property management and collaborate with solution and technical experts to deliver the best property management solution.

Own the delivery of EG MainManager, the Nordic region's leading property management solution, as we build our presence in Sweden.

Do you want to own projects from first customer conversation through to delivery, and be trusted to shape how we work along the way? Are you energised by complex projects, close customer relationships, and a deep interest in the property industry? Then you might be our new Project Manager for EG MainManager in Sweden.

About The Role

We're building our presence with EG MainManager, the Nordic region's leading property management solution, in the Swedish market - and we're looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to play a central role in shaping that success. This isn't a role where you follow a path someone else has laid out. You're involved from sale to delivery and handover, and you own your projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with customers in property management, and beyond the project manager role, you'll often take on the role of functional solution architect and process expert - guiding customers toward better ways of working, challenging and advising them, not just delivering a system. You'll collaborate closely with our solution and technical experts to make sure customers get the best property management solution on the market. As one of the first people on board in this venture, you'll help build the working methods and delivery model that lay the foundation for continued growth in the Swedish market. The role is based in our Stockholm office, in a hybrid setup - though being in the office regularly matters to us, especially while we build this team and this market from the ground up.

From Sale to Delivery

• Project management, start to finish - Take part in the sales process with project insight from an early stage, then lead implementation projects end to end: planning, resourcing, timeline, budget and risk. You're the customer's main point of contact throughout, managing expectations, scope and any deviations. You identify and manage project risks, escalating when needed, and you run status meetings and steering committees, documenting decisions and deliverables.
• Functional solution architecture - Run needs analyses together with customers and translates them into concrete solutions in the system, guiding customers toward better, more efficient property management processes. You work closely with technical experts and development resources to ensure the right delivery, and feed real customer needs back to the product team.
• Building the delivery model - Help establish and improve implementation methodology, templates and best practice for the Swedish market. Document learnings from the first projects to create a repeatable, scalable process for future project managers and consultants to build on.
• Customer relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers during and after implementation, ensure a smooth handover to ongoing support, and act as an ambassador for the solution - helping build reference customers in Sweden.

What You Bring

We care more about what you can do than what your CV looks like. You have a solid track record as a project manager, ideally from real estate, PropTech, ERP or similar business systems. You're motivated by complex, challenging projects, and you thrive in environments where you get to take ownership of a role that isn't fully defined yet.

• Proven experience leading complex projects end to end, ideally within real estate, PropTech, ERP or similar business systems
• Motivated, ambitious and self-driven - you take initiative and push projects and processes forward without waiting to be asked
• Natural leadership qualities - you take the lead with customers and internal stakeholders alike, even without formal authority over the people around you
• Structured, with a methodical approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel
• A clear, confident communicator - with customers at every level, and internally across the organisation
• Solution-oriented - you combine a helicopter view of project governance with the readiness to dig into detail when it matters
• Curious, with a good understanding of how organisations work, so you can navigate stakeholders and decisions on both the customer's side and EG's
• Hands-on experience using AI as a natural part of how you work and deliver projects
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written, and confident in customer meetings at every level
