Job summary

EG A/S is seeking an experienced Project Manager for EG MainManager in Sweden. The role covers the full project lifecycle from sales to delivery and handover, with the opportunity to act as a functional solution architect and process expert.

Based in Stockholm, the role operates in a hybrid setup to build the Swedish market. You will work closely with customers in property management and collaborate with solution and technical experts to deliver the best property management solution.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex projects end to end.
Self-driven with initiative to push projects forward.
Natural leadership with customers and internal stakeholders.
Structured with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Clear communicator with customers and internal teams.
Curious about how organisations work to navigate stakeholders.
Hands-on experience using AI in projects.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end projects from sale through delivery and handover.
Perform needs analyses and translate them into concrete solutions in EG MainManager.
Help establish and improve the delivery model for the Swedish market.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships during and after implementation.
