Job summary

Recharge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the expansion of our Nordic EV charging network from business case to commissioning, balancing commercial, technical, and operational aspects.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, evaluating site opportunities, and presenting CAPEX investment cases. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, Finnish is a plus, with hybrid work in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, project management, renewable energy, or related field.
• Several years of project management experience in energy infrastructure, construction, or e-mobility.
• Experience developing and presenting investment cases using financial metrics and commercial reasoning.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and interest in business cases and investments.
• Ability to balance priorities and keep momentum across several projects.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; Finnish is a plus for Finland portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead charging infrastructure projects from business case through construction and commissioning.
• Manage a portfolio of projects across stages with timeline, budget, stakeholder, and risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate site opportunities and prepare CAPEX investment cases using ROI, NPV, IRR and payback period.
• Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and strong commercial outcomes.
• Proactively manage risks and adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
