Job summary

Erinion seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end charging infrastructure deployments, primarily in the UK, with occasional international work. You will manage design, build, commissioning and handover, while owning customer relationships and project outcomes.

You will balance site work, meetings, and technical problem-solving, driving energy optimisation, smarter on-site power use, and long-term value for customers. Strong English and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and site activities
• Confident managing customer relationships and communicating with stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness with focus on outcomes and value
• Curious and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel around 40%
• Experience in energy, e-mobility, or transport is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the full deployment process of charging infrastructure projects, from design through commissioning and handover, primarily in the UK with some international work
• Act as the primary contact for customers, building trusted relationships and understanding fleet and electrification strategy
• Identify and shape further opportunities across sites, including charging, power upgrades, and energy optimisation
