Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager at our client's Gävle location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing data center projects. Working with a diverse and passionate team, you will lead by example, ensuring adherence to safety practices and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Onsite Leadership: Act as a visible leader on-site, overseeing project progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordination: Collaborate with client teams, consultant teams, and contractors to coordinate snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
• Process Implementation: Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and revision.
• Meeting Management: Lead and participate in key project meetings, monitoring progress, facilitating problem-solving, and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Procedure Adherence: Ensure adherence to project procedures and standards, consistently striving for excellence in project execution.
