Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a Project Manager / Assignment Leader in Sweden to coordinate localization efforts and drive on-time, cost-conscious production launches. You will work with Production, Logistics, R&D and Purchasing to ensure successful delivery across multiple departments.

Fluent English is required, Swedish is a plus, and experience in project management or assignment leadership is expected to guide complex localization programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate localization activities for parts within the assigned technical area.
  • Ensure localized parts are introduced into production on time and in line with cost targets.
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholders throughout the localization process.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, R&D, and Purchasing to secure successful delivery.
  • Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies related to assigned localization activities.
  • Contribute to reducing lead times and ensuring efficient project execution.

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager / Assignment Leader. The role is part of a team of Assignment Leaders, playing a key role in ensuring that localized parts are introduced into production according to agreed timelines and cost targets. The position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Production, Logistics, R&D, and Purchasing.

ABOUT THE ROLE
