Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT workstreams with governance, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Lead large, cross-functional IT programs, including IT infrastructure for M&A integration and colleague experience transformation.
• Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Maintain strong governance, risk/issue management, dependency management, and financial oversight.
• Facilitate Steering Committee and executive-level discussions with clear status, impact, risks, options, and decisions.

Job description

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Project Manager to support our client by leading and coordinating complex, cross‑functional IT initiatives in a global and fast‑moving environment. The role requires strong program leadership, solid technical understanding, and a service‑oriented mindset to ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsibilities

You will coordinate multiple IT workstreams, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.

• Strong experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT programs, preferably including IT infrastructure for M&A integration and colleague experience transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple technical workstreams and lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Strong project governance, risk/issue management, dependency management, financial management, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience facilitating Steering Committee and executive-level discussions, with the ability to clearly frame status, business impact, risks, options, and decisions required.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio/project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and execution oriented.
