Job summary

ALTEN Sverige AB in Sweden seeks a Project Manager to lead technical projects across manufacturing, industrial and engineering sectors. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to management.

Fluent English is required; Swedish is a plus. This role offers opportunities to work with market-leading clients and develop professionally

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in project management within industry or technical fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product development, production, or systems development.
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects from start to finish.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate activities between departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Manage risks, changes, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
• Lead project meetings and report status to steering committees and management.
• Drive continuous improvements in project processes and working methods.
