Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment in Boden, Sweden is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial projects. You will report to Project Delivery leadership and work within the Project Delivery function, ensuring safe, high-quality execution across engineering, procurement, and construction.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of work packages, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, and oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality with a focus on risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex project environments.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Drive progress through structured planning and close collaboration with Project Controls.
• Monitor progress and performance against project targets and milestones.

• Identify risks early, drive mitigation actions, and elevate key issues when needed.
• Lead interface coordination across work packages to ensure aligned execution.

Kintec are currently partnered with a pioneering Green Steel Production Company who are constructing a plant in Northern Sweden that will produce Green Steel. Green Steel production emits up to 95% less CO2 compared to conventional steel production.

What you'll do

• Right now, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Project Delivery team. In this role you will report to our Project Delivery leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for delivering large-scale industrial projects, ensuring safe, high-quality execution across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering assigned work packages from start to finish. You will coordinate across teams and contractors, ensuring that scope is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Specific to this role, the day‑to‑day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across internal teams and external partners.
