Job summary

SilverBack is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major green industrial construction project in Boden, Sweden. You will own work packages, coordinate engineering, procurement and construction, and ensure safe, on-time delivery through project execution.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a proven track record delivering EPC/EPCM projects in heavy industry. Site-based, full-time, with international collaboration and strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Proven track record delivering EPC/EPCM packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver assigned project work packages through construction and handover.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall package performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction across teams.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Ensure interfaces between contractors, disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support technical, commercial and change management activities.
• Promote safety and quality standards throughout execution.
