Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking a Project Controller to join a hybrid environment in Södertälje, supporting a mixed portfolio of product development and customer projects. You will act as a finance business partner to project managers, delivering financial transparency, planning and performance insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in controlling, financial analysis, project controlling, business controlling or project management support.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand technical, commercial and financial drivers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, forecasting and follow-up for projects.
• Monitor project performance, profitability, resource utilization and cost development.
• Analyze business cases and investment proposals.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and support corrective actions.
• Prepare financial reports, decision materials and presentations for management and governance.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of project controlling processes, tools and reporting.

Education
