Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Huskvarna, Sweden, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop production processes for new products in a highly automated environment, with a focus on die casting, automation, and industrialisation. You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D to industrialise products and transfer from development to serial production.

You will troubleshoot on the shop floor, analyze issues, and define robust technical solutions for Technicians and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Good technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop production processes for new products.
• Industrialisation of new products and transfer to serial production.
• Troubleshoot on shop floor and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, PM and R&D.
• Support investments and industrialisation projects.
