Hiab is seeking a committed Production Engineer to ensure smooth and efficient production lines at the Eksjö site. You will drive production improvements by analyzing proposals and data to strengthen quality and boost productivity, while collaborating with multiple departments, operators and supervisors.

The role emphasizes planning and driving internal process development, working on site in Eksjö with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BsC engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Swedish and English in speech and in writing.
