Job summary

Husqvarna is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to join our highly automated factory in Huskvarna. You will work on improving production processes, ensuring equipment and methods are efficient, reliable, and up to date, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Group Manager and gradually take ownership of projects, with support from experienced colleagues, as you build your technical and process optimization skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar).
• 1-2 years hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated production environments.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvements to optimize production performance.
• Own manufacturing processes with support from team.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance and suppliers daily.
• Lead improvement initiatives and investment projects as experience grows.
