Job summary

You'll improve processes, own manufacturing steps with support from peers, lead improvement initiatives and investment projects, and collaborate daily with operators and production managers to optimize availability, cost, ergonomics, and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (mechanical or similar).
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Experience in a high-paced production environment with CI and process optimization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of cost follow-up and investment justification.
• Experience in automated manufacturing environments is valued.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes with guidance from experienced colleagues to ensure efficient, reliable, and up-to-date methods.
• Participate in and later lead improvement initiatives and investment projects.
• Maintain a holistic view of the production flow and monitor KPIs daily.
